After having to call support to finally access everything, I can now do things! It’s going to take some time for said things to be figured out, so please bare with me.

I’m a student at Humber college for Media Communications, which means this is one of my ongoing projects! If you happened to find this on a whim and aren’t affiliated with me or my program, that’s really impressive but also terrifying at the same time.

Being perceived! In scenarios I wasn’t prepared to be perceived in! The horror!

Anyways, this blog is going to be centred around titles I’ve been playing on Nintendo Switch – my experiences, opinions, thoughts, etc. Each game I play would be based on how I’m feeling; no hard and fast rules aside from staying within a year of its release. I don’t plan on pushing myself to keep up with games upon release – life gets busy! There’s only so many games a person can play in a day when there’s even more being put out at a time, so please be gentle.

If there’s a game you’d like to see me play/review, write it in the comments section. While you’re down there, if you have anything you’d like to share, be it about your experiences or what I wrote, that’s also absolutely fine! However, let’s try to keep things civil, yeah? Good vibes are what’s being planned here, so any disagreements should either be constructive or kept to yourself. Otherwise, you’re more than welcome to just hang out around here!

Background information about me, also known as a whole lot of yapping

I bought my first Nintendo Switch in late 2019 and had it until mid-2021, due to a water bottle leak in my bag. Sometime later, the water-logged Switch was sold for parts and a refurbished one took its place not long after; no water damage yet, so let’s hope it stays that way.

Seeing the game to its fullest is the key to enjoying the experience. For me, that usually means exploring the game to its best. Finishing the main campaign/story mode is the baseline for that matter, but fun extras such as a feasible 100% completion, minigames, and bonus content can elevate things.

Nintendo Game Boy Advance SP was my first Nintendo video game experience with Yoshi’s Island and Super Mario Bros. 2. After that, it was the DS and Wii (thought this one was more appreciated later in life) with titles like Pokemon SoulSilver and Wii Sports Resort. Last and currently is the Switch, which has been my dedicated console that I’ve amassed the most games for. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate was the game purchased alongside the first Switch, and Sayonara Wild Hearts is still easily my favourite experience on it so far.

Nintendo Switch Games I’ve played/finished/completed but won’t write about due to the “Played within release year” rule

Super Smash Bros.
