In May 2025, as a new intern for CJ’s SKATEPARK, my first event coverage came at the hands of Kids Being Kids — a free program for kids and their families affected by cancer to come by the park, learn to skate, bid on items, scavenger hunt, and enjoy live music, etc. I was to provide event photography and videography for the morning, while supporting the team where I was needed.
